In the role of Assembler II-Specialty, you'll play a pivotal part on our production team.This position contributes to our vision by:\r\nThis position requires performing routine and repetitive electronic assembly operations and processes for aircraft parts in a manual manufacturing assembly line environment.\r\nAssembles and solder electronic printed circuit boards, small mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies.\r\nThe employee will use basic electronic assembly tools, instruments and equipment daily in the production of printed circuit boards and assemblies.\r\nThe employee will also use standard electronic assembly hand tools, common power tools and continuity test equipment such as ohmmeters.\r\nThe employee will prepare wires for assembly measuring, cutting, stripping, tinning and attaching contacts, lugs and other terminal type devices using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools and soldering equipment.\r\nThe employee will apply and handle conformal coatings, sealants and adhesives.\r\nThe employee will perform less complex acceptance test procedures utilizing specific test equipment.\r\nThe employee will work in a team environment participating in continuous improvement activities.\r\nThe employee will keep their assigned work area organized and clean and will perform other duties as assigned.But what else?
