This role is perfect for someone who is competitive, organized, and energized by commission and results.What You'll DoAs an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be at the center of our revenue engine:Convert inbound portal, internal, website, and phone leads into booked corporate housing staysResearch and match clients with high-quality furnished housing options that meet their needs, budgets, and timelinesPresent options via email, portals, and phone with confidence and urgencyOvercome objections and close dealsUpsell add-on services such as housekeeping and additional furnishings to increase commissionsManage reservations and sales activity in HubSpot, Oscar, and Microsoft OutlookWork within multiple client portals to upload properties, images, and offeringsTrack and report monthly sales and commissionsAssist with collections on commissionable sales when neededWhat We're Looking ForWe want someone who brings energy, grit, and a strong desire to earn:Competitive mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales goalsAbility to close business over the phone and via emailStrong communication and follow-up skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple deals at onceTech-savvy and confident using CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeTeam player who still loves individual winsEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or related field preferred25 years of inside sales or B2B/B2C sales experienceValid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredWhat We Have To Offer$18-22 per hour, paid weeklyUncapped commission plan, paid monthlyMonday through Friday, 8am-5pm, in officeHealth, dental, and vision insuranceCompany paid life and disability insurance401k with company matchEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Paid time off, paid holidays, paid volunteer timeWork with a supportive team that values performance and growth
