Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Lodi, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,016 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 6/1/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med/Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 36-48 hours Experience: Minimum years of experience required. License: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent certification required. Must-Have: Solid telemetry experience. Description: Delivers coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of assigned nursing staff. Coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking and professional discretion. Employs independent judgment in various clinical situations. Collects relevant data pertinent to patients' health or situations. Analyzes assessment data to determine diagnoses and care issues. Develops a plan that prescribes interventions to attain outcomes. Implements the plan and coordinates care delivery. Utilizes strategies to promote health and maintain a safe environment. Evaluates progress toward attaining patient outcomes. Identifies expected outcomes for patients or their situations. Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers in delivering patient care. Provides learning opportunities for patients, family members, and team members. Directly provides health information to patients, families, and the treatment team. Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care. Delegates appropriately and coordinates duties of healthcare team members. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Required to float to other departments to provide assistance as needed. Must be able to take Med/Surg/Telemetry patients as part of the assignment.
