Part-Time Bartender

Part-time Bartender Position at Lost Valley's Brew Pub We are looking for an experienced Bartender with a positive attitude and good communication skills. The ideal waitstaff member is constantly concerned about the customer's satisfaction and providing the best customer service possible. Being detail oriented is very important as our brewpub can get quite busy. At Lost Valley we work as a team, therefore, we need someone who works well with others and is always willing to lend a helping hand. It is essential that our Bartenders are able to multitask and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have restaurant experience, particularly with serving or bartending, and have a positive attitude and outgoing personality and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties: Greeting customers with a positive and upbeat attitude Provide exceptional customer service Answer any questions or concerns guests may have accurately and with confidence Make cocktails and mixed drinks Take customer orders for drinks and food and enter them correctly into the POS Deliver food and beverages to customers Removing used dishes from tables in an orderly manner Cleaning and preparing tables for the next guests Side work: such as rolling silverware, filling condiments and cleaning Being responsible for a cash drawer ensuring the till is even at the end of every shift Requirements: Must be 18 years of age Must be a team player Must be able to handle fast-paced work Must be able to multitask Must be able to work nights and weekends Must be personable Must be friendly Must be customer oriented Basic mathematic skills Must provide exceptional customer service Must maintain a positive attitude at all times throughout the shift Must maintain a clean and well-kempt appearance at all times
