The ideal candidate will:\n\nHave 1–5 years of outpatient orthopedic experience\nBe comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient setting\nCommunicate effectively and build strong relationships with patients, physicians, and teammates\nThrive in a collaborative, team-based environment\nBe interested in long-term career growth within a larger organization\nWant to put down roots in the Austin/Central Texas community, with an intent to stay with the organization for at least 3 years\nNew Graduates\n\nPlease note: our client is not using recruiting services for new graduate candidates at this time. They have an established residency pipeline for new grads, so this search is focused exclusively on experienced clinicians.\n\nCompensation\n\nCompensation is competitive and based on years of licensed outpatient experience, overall qualifications, and market conditions.
