Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions, and evaluate process/product performance through internal audits. Provide Software Quality Assurance support for program peer reviews, audits, regression testing, integration, and functional sell-off. Develop and analyze software quality metrics and support continuous improvement efforts. Interface with customers to ensure processes and products comply with requirements and company policies. Support Quality Management System (QMS), AS9100 compliance, Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, and process audit programs.What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 5 years of experience, or Master's degree with 3 years of experience. Experience with system/software dependencies, process flow, and development methodologies. Demonstrated experience supporting System & Software Engineering requirements, design, integration, and test activities in an Agile Development Framework (DevSecOps). Proficient in Root Cause Analysis methodologies, developing Corrective Action Plans, and facilitating RCCA events. Ability to conduct and document process audits and evaluations.
