Customs Entry Writer | U.S. ImportsWe’re seeking an experienced Customs Entry Writer to join our growing Customs Brokerage team. This role is ideal for a detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing import files from start to finish while delivering outstanding customer service.What You’ll DoManage import accounts A–Z, ensuring timely and compliant Customs clearancePrepare, file, and transmit Customs entries, ISFs, ACH statements, and supporting documentationClassify merchandise using HTS, apply correct valuation, and stay current on tariff changesCoordinate with U.S. Customs, Participating Government Agencies (PGAs), carriers, and internal teamsResolve clearance issues, customer inquiries, and discrepancies efficientlyMaintain accurate records in brokerage systems (CargoWise experience a plus)What You BringMinimum 2+ years of hands-on customs entry writing experienceStrong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, ISF filing, HTS classification, and PGA requirementsExperience in CargoWise1 preferredExperience with import commodities (metal commodities preferred)Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask and perform under tight deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office and brokerage systemsHigh ethical standards and a collaborative, team-first mindsetWhy Join UsCollaborative and supportive team environmentOpportunity to work on complex, end-to-end import transactionsRole with real impact on customer satisfaction and operational successIf you’re passionate about compliance, accuracy, and customer service—and want to grow your career in customs brokerage—we’d love to hear from you.LOGISTEED Career Page: Customs Entry Writer - LOGISTEED America -Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (overtime available)
