This role is ideal for a software engineer with experience building simulation environments, game-based systems, or virtual training platforms who wants to contribute to high-impact national security programs.\r\nResponsibilities of the Simulation Developer Includes:Design, develop, and maintain advanced modeling and simulation applications supporting defense missions.\r\nBuild and integrate simulation capabilities within larger mission and system architectures.\r\nCollaborate with engineers, analysts, and operational subject matter experts to improve simulation fidelity and performance.\r\nDevelop new features, perform testing and validation, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.\r\nSupport interoperability, mission-focused testing efforts, technical documentation, and stakeholder coordination activities.\r\nQualifications of the Simulation Developer Includes:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Game Development, or a related technical discipline\r\n3+ years of software development experience focused on modeling, simulation, gaming, or virtual environments\r\nProficiency in C++, C#, Python, Java, or other programming languages\r\nExperience with simulation or game development platforms such as AFSIM, Unity, Unreal Engine, Simio, or Arena\r\nFamiliarity with Git or other version control systems and collaborative development practices\r\nMust hold anactive TS/SCI US Government clearance\r\nCompensation of the Simulation Developer Includes:Salary range: $150,000 - 160,000 (based on experience)\r\nComprehensive benefits: Cigna medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, sick leave as required by law, and holidays\r\nThis job opens for applications on September 21st, 2026.
