The Engineering Manager will oversee engineering projects and provide direction to the engineering team while also actively participating in design work, troubleshooting, and project execution.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n* Lead and provide daily direction to a team of 3–4 engineers\n* Manage engineering workload, priorities, and project schedules\n* Actively participate in mechanical design and engineering projects\n* Review and approve drawings, designs, and project documentation\n* Design and develop custom machinery and mechanical systems\n* Work closely with Manufacturing and Sales to ensure equipment meets customer requirements\n* Provide technical support and troubleshoot design or equipment issues\n* Assist with continuous improvement and product development\n* Support and develop engineering team members\n\nQualifications\n\n* Strong mechanical engineering and machine design experience\n* Previous engineering leadership, supervisory, or project leadership experience\n* Experience designing custom machinery, industrial equipment, or similar mechanical systems\n* Proficiency with 3D CAD software; Autodesk Inventor experience preferred\n* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tolerances, materials, and mechanical components\n* Basic understanding of industrial electrical systems, motors, sensors, controls, and electrical schematics\n* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills\n* Comfortable managing engineers while remaining actively involved in engineering projects\n* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field preferred\n\nSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
