This position reports directly to the Work Control Center Manager. All work will be completed with a high level of quality, professionalism and full adherence to all safety policies and procedures.\nResponsibilities\nAs the Maintenance Shutdown Coordinator (also known as a Turnaround or Outage Coordinator) responsibilities will include:\nEnd-to-end planning, and scheduling facility maintenance shutdown periods\nApply project management methodologies to coordinate maintenance period activities and monitor progress.\nAct as the primary liaison between maintenance, operations and engineering\nFacilitate pre-shutdown and post-shutdown meetings to document lessons learned and review accuracy of work order close out in the CMMS\nTrack, report, and present progress of each maintenance shutdown period\nCompile metrics for weekly schedule meetings\nSupport the Work Control Center as needed\nThese maintenance periods are critical for the preventive maintenance, major repairs, upgrades, and inspections that cannot be performed while the facility is operational.\nRequired Qualifications\nU.S. Citizenship required.\nQualifications\nU.S. Citizenship required.\nValid Real ID compliant identification - www.dhs.gov/real-id\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance as required.\nSix (6) years of related experience in the maintenance field. Additional relevant education and/or experience may be substituted for a portion of the experience.\nMust be able to effectively communicate and follow instructions.\nExercise diligence when developing a Safe Plan of Action (SPA) for each task performed. The Safe Plan of Action (SPA) is a company provided tool to be used for the prevention of incidents, accidents, and injuries: as such, it is the most important tool that we are required to use.\nWork Environment\nOffice environment. (75%) Test facilities and active work site environment - loud noise and potentially hazardous equipment operation.
