We specialize in electronic and structural systems, producing complex products and components for commercial aircraft platforms, mission-critical military and space programs, and sophisticated industrial applications.\n\nOur Performance Center in Carson, CA is the Engineered Products Group site for our Human Machine Interface, Motion Control Device, and Radio Frequency (RF) product lines.\n\nJob Summary\n\nManage full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.\n\nSupport multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining strong candidate pipelines and recruiting timelines.\n\nPartner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop recruiting strategies, and define candidate profiles.\n\nSource qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, employee referrals, recruiting events, and other channels.\n\nRecruit for roles including engineering, CNC machining, manufacturing, production, quality, inspection, maintenance, supply chain, and corporate functions.\n\nConduct candidate screening and assessments based on technical qualifications, experience, and organizational fit.\n\nCoordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams.\n\nDevelop relationships with passive candidates and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.\n\nSupport recruiting events, technical-school outreach, career fairs, and other talent-acquisition initiatives.\n\nMaintain accurate candidate activity and documentation in the ATS.\n\nTrack recruiting metrics including pipeline activity, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance.\n\nEnsure recruiting activities follow applicable employment laws, company policies, and aerospace-industry requirements.\n\nProvide recruiting-market insights and recommendations to hiring managers and HR leadership.\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\n\nDemonstrated experience recruiting technical, engineering, manufacturing, or skilled-trades talent.\n\nStrong sourcing, candidate assessment, interviewing, and offer-negotiation skills.\n\nExperience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.\n\nAbility to quickly learn organizational structures, technical requirements, and hiring priorities in a contract environment.\n\nStrong communication, organization, prioritization, and relationship-building skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple requisitions and changing priorities with minimal supervision.\n\nHigh level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential candidate information.\n\n Required Experience and Education\n\nH.S.
