The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of experience in CNC and milling machine programming, setup, and operation—with strong working knowledge of SRFCAM and other CAM systems.\nKey Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the machine shop to meet production goals\nProgram, set up, and operate CNC lathes and mills\nInterpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications\nTrain, supervise, and lead a team of machinists\nEnsure quality control and adherence to safety standards\nOversee machine maintenance schedules and troubleshoot issues\nQualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in CNC/milling machine setup and programming\nAdvanced proficiency in SRFCAM; experience with other CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360) a plus\nStrong leadership and team-building skills\nExcellent blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge\nSolid problem-solving and production planning abilities\nKnowledge of tooling, speeds/feeds, and material characteristics\nWhy Work with Guidex Group?
