The dishwasher is responsible for cleaning and storing the dirty food preparation dishes and utensils, as well as serving dishes and utensils. The Dishwasher helps to buss tables and assists with some minimal food prep. The dishwasher must know and follow food safety procedures. The dishwasher works under the supervision of the Culinary Director. The dishwasher assists in storing both perishable and non-perishable goods.
