Full-time with benefits.\r\nWhat you will do:\r\nYou will lead the end-to-end proposal development process for U.S. federal government opportunities, playing a critical role in Clearspeed's public sector growth. Operating within RevOps, you will partner closely with Business Development, Sales, Product, Legal, and Security teams to produce compliant, compelling, and winning proposals. You will bring structure, discipline, and strategic insight to the federal procurement process ensuring Clearspeed's innovative technology is clearly positioned to meet mission needs and acquisition requirements.\r\nResponsibilities:\r\nManage the full proposal lifecycle for federal opportunities, from pre-RFP planning through submission and post-submission activities.\r\nLead proposal planning sessions, kickoff meetings, schedules, and work plans to ensure on-time delivery.\r\nInterpret RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and other solicitation documents to ensure compliance with all requirements.\r\nCoordinate cross-functional contributors to develop technical, management, past performance, and pricing volumes.\r\nServe as the central point of contact for proposal activities within RevOps.\r\nEnsure proposals are clear, compelling, and aligned with customer mission priorities and evaluation criteria.\r\nImplement proposal best practices, templates, content libraries, and knowledge management processes.\r\nManage color team reviews and incorporate feedback into final submissions.\r\nOversee production, formatting, and submission through in-house tools and government portals.\r\nTrack proposal metrics, lessons learned, and win/loss insights to improve future performance.\r\nSupport sales and business development teams with proposal strategy, compliance matrices, and solution alignment.\r\nMaintain strict confidentiality and adherence to federal procurement regulations.\r\nPerform additional related duties as required.\r\nWho you are:\r\nYou are a disciplined, strategic proposal professional who thrives in high-stakes, deadline-driven environments. You understand how federal agencies evaluate solutions and know how to position technology offerings to address mission outcomes. You bring strong project management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders toward a common goal. You are proactive, calm under pressure, and motivated by winning complex opportunities that drive meaningful impact.
