Industry Manager – Data Center Our client looking for an Industry Manager to lead business development and strategic growth within the data center market. This individual will bring prior experience working with data center customers and a strong understanding of the technical, commercial, and purchasing requirements of the industry. Experience with rack power solutions is highly preferred. The ideal candidate understands data center infrastructure, customer priorities, procurement processes, and how to position technical products effectively within this market.Develop and manage relationships with data center customers, integrators, OEMs, and channel partnersIdentify market opportunities and drive new business within colocation, hyperscale, enterprise, and related data center environmentsUnderstand customer technical requirements and align product solutions to data center applicationsSupport sales efforts related to rack power and related infrastructure productsNavigate customer purchasing processes, vendor qualification requirements, and long-cycle account developmentAct as the internal subject matter expert on data center market needs, trends, and competitive activityCollaborate with engineering, product management, and sales teams to support customer requirements and market fitHelp define go-to-market strategies, target accounts, and segment prioritiesRepresent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade showsPrior experience in the data center industry with direct exposure to data center customers and business practicesStrong understanding of data center infrastructure and technical requirementsFamiliarity with data center purchasing processes, vendor engagement, and account developmentAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to customers and internal stakeholdersStrong business development, account management, and relationship-building skillsStrategic thinker with the ability to identify and drive market opportunitiesExcellent communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skillsDirect experience with rack power products or related power distribution solutionsExperience working with hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, or edge data center customersBackground in electrical products, connectivity, or critical infrastructure solutionsEstablished network within the data center industryThis position may be based remotely or in-office depending on the candidate's location.
