This high-impact role will collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities and execute transactions that support Lambda’s long-term vision.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nSupport the identification, evaluation, and execution of M&A, strategic investments, and partnerships to expand our portfolio of land-power-shell assets.\nWork cross-functionally with our data center infrastructure, site selection, strategic finance, and legal teams on deal execution.\nLead financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence on potential transactions.\nConduct strategic and financial evaluation of M&A and investment opportunities; communicate findings in business case memos and executive presentations.\nTrack industry trends, competitive dynamics, and potential market opportunities to inform corporate development strategy, and keep stakeholders updated on the evolving ecosystem.\nDevelop investment theses and market analyses to support strategic decision-making.\nIdentify and cultivate strategic partnerships that enhance our product offerings, distribution channels, or technology stack.\nYou\n4-5 years of M&A experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, with a specific focus on data centers, digital infrastructure, and real estate\nStrong financial modeling, valuation and analytical skills: specifically, experience building real estate development models, merger models, and accretion/dilution analysis\nStrategic thinker with the ability to synthesize market data into actionable insights and drive high-impact decisions.\nExcellent presentation and communication abilities, with experience presenting to executives and external stakeholders.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing multiple complex projects.\nDeep interest in AI, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technology trends—prior experience in the machine learning or GPU computing space is a strong plus.\nSalary Range Information\nThe annual salary range for this position has been set based on market data and other factors.
