Our team includes artists, programmers, level designers, and sound designers—united by a passion for VR and deep, polished gameplay. We’re looking for a Leader and a Programmer (must own a VR headset, preferably Quest 2 or above) to help bring our core mechanics, systems, and interactions to life.\nThe Role\nAs a Unity VR Gameplay Programmer, you’ll collaborate directly with designers, artists, and engineers to implement, refine, and polish gameplay systems. You may work on:\nImplementing NPC behaviors (patrol, detection, combat)\nScripting gameplay loops for weapons, missions, and interactions\nBuilding and refining VR interactions and player feedback\nConnecting animations to gameplay (events, logic, timing)\nIntegrating UI/UX elements\nCreating or expanding inventory/equipment systems\nPrototyping new features and refining overall feel\nDebugging and optimizing systems for VR performance\nThis role is perfect for someone who is passionate and has the time commitment to be a leader in building our first game to life.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nStrong understanding of Unity + C# fundamentals\nAbility to contribute on a part-time/full time weekly basis\nMust own a VR headset\nFamiliarity with Unity XR Interaction Toolkit or other VR frameworks\nInterest in gameplay, systems design, or AI behavior\nAbility to work independently and communicate in a remote environment\nBasic Git knowledge\nPassion for VR, sci-fi, and co-op gameplay\nWhat We Offer\nPortfolio Building: Real contributions and connections to the gaming industry\nHands-On Learning: Gain experience working with a 25+ multi-disciplinary team\nReal Impact: Your systems and contribution will not go unnoticed.
