SAFe Certified Release Train Engineer

A company is looking for a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join their team and support clients in the Washington DC-Baltimore area. Key ResponsibilitiesLead planning and execution of Program Increment (PI) Planning events in alignment with CMS SAFe requirements Facilitate communication and coordination across Agile teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with PI objectives Monitor progress against PI commitments and address schedule risks and delivery challengesRequired QualificationsMinimum 10 years of experience in Agile project/program management roles Minimum 5 years of experience in SAFe Agile environments supporting large-scale Agile Release Trains (ARTs) SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification required Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field is required Experience facilitating Program Increment (PI) Planning events for large teams (50+ resources)
