This position is responsible for maintaining active job postings, promoting open positions, and ensuring recruiting efforts consistently produce high applicant volume and qualified candidates to support operational staffing demands.\nThis role recruits for a wide range of positions across the company, including:\nConstruction Laborers\nForemen and Field Staff\nSkilled Trades & Technical Positions\nStructural Engineers and Professional Staff\nAdministrative and Operations Roles\nThe ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and highly motivated with a strong ability to source talent, generate leads, and fill positions quickly.\nWhat You’ll Do High-Volume Recruiting & Lead Generation\nMaintain active job postings across multiple recruiting platforms.\nGenerate a consistent flow of applicants through proactive sourcing strategies.\nRecruit using platforms such as Indeed, Craigslist, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, trade schools, and other sourcing channels.\nBuild talent pipelines for ongoing and future staffing needs.\nStay informed on compensation trends, labor market conditions, and recruiting best practices.\nApplicant Screening & Hiring Coordination\nReview applications and identify qualified candidates.\nConduct phone screenings and initial candidate outreach.\nCoordinate interviews with hiring managers and department leaders.\nMove qualified candidates efficiently through the hiring process.\nMaintain regular follow-up communication with applicants.\nRecruiting Events & Community Outreach\nCoordinate and attend recruiting events including:\nJob fairs\nCollege and trade school career events\nWorkforce development programs\nCommunity hiring events\nRepresent Alpha Structural professionally in the community.\nBuild relationships with trade schools and recruiting partners.\nRecruiting Reporting & Administration\nMaintain organized recruiting records and applicant tracking.\nTrack recruiting metrics such as:\nLead sources\nInterviews scheduled\nTime-to-hire\nHires started\nPrepare recruiting activity reports and staffing updates.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience in recruiting, and talent acquisition.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nExperience using online recruiting platforms and sourcing tools.\nAbility to professionally represent the company at recruiting events.\nBilingual Spanish required.\nPreferred Qualifications\nConstruction recruiting experience strongly preferred.\nExperience with high-volume hiring.\nFamiliarity with recruiting for technical or engineering-related roles is a plus.\nWhy Join Alpha Structural?\nAt Alpha Structural, we are committed to building great teams and providing long-term career opportunities.
