We are seeking a Customer Program Manager to drive end-to-end service excellence, customer satisfaction, and operational performance across assigned strategic customers. This role can be located in either our ATL, CVG or PHX stations.\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\nReview and ensure achievement of customer specific KPIs and service agreements\r\nLead issue management including escalation, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.\r\nProvide proactive problem resolution and corrective actions to ensure excellence in service\r\nConduct Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Business Reviews with customers.\r\nManage Bid Value Proposition in collaboration with Solutions Design, Commercial, and Operations teams.\r\nLead CI activities using DHL's First Choice methodology.\r\nCoordinate implementation of business\r\nDrive Ship-to-Profile performance.\r\nSupport share of wallet growth initiatives with Commercial teams.\r\nMonitor and optimize profitability and cost-to-serve.\r\nImprove billing accuracy, timeliness, and reduce disputes.\r\nDeliver customer-specific and internal improvement projects.\r\nTrack measurable outcomes such as cost savings and SLA improvements.\r\nCoordinate CI resources to support customer requirements.\r\nQualifications\r\nBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.\r\n3–7 years in logistics, operations, or customer management.\r\nExperience with program management preferred.\r\nFirst Choice certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).\r\nCustomer orientation and strong stakeholder engagement.\r\nResults-driven and continuous improvement mindset.\r\nCross-functional collaboration and influencing skills.\r\nUnderstanding of DHL operations and service delivery processes.\r\nAnalytical skills for KPI and performance analysis.\r\nStrong communication and presentation capabilities.\r\nProficient with Outlook Email, Excel, Word and PowerPoint; PowerBI is a plus.\r\nStrong understanding of freight forwarding (Air Freight preferred), and the logistics Industry.\r\nStrong analytical and problem solving capabilities.\r\nFluent in English communication (verbal & written).\r\nPay Range\r\n$79,777.50 - $106,370.00+ (Based on Experience)\r\nBenefits (All Non-Union Employees)\r\nCompetitive base salary plus role dependent performance-based incentives.\r\n401(k) Match: $1-for-$1 match up to 4% quarterly + 2% annual base contribution.\r\nStock Purchase Plan: Ability to purchase Deutsche Post AG shares at a discounted rate.\r\nMedical: Comprehensive plans covering preventive care, inpatient/outpatient services, and prescriptions.\r\nVision: Optional coverage for exams, frames, and contacts.\r\nDental: Optional coverage for preventive, basic, and major services.\r\nPaid Time Off: 7 major holidays, 8 floating holidays, and accrued vacation/sick days.\r\nEqual Opportunity Employer\r\nDHL Global Forwarding is committed to equal employment opportunities, evaluating all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other legally protected characteristics.\r\nWork Authorization\r\nApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
