{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"45ae2bde8179b33bc6e819ff","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/45ae2bde8179b33bc6e819ff","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/45ae2bde8179b33bc6e819ff","title":"Packaging Engineer","description":"Job Title : Packaging Engineer\nLocation : Cincinnati, OH / Irvine, CA\nDuration : Full Time\nJob Description:\nBachelors / master’s degree in mechanical engineering or Packaging Science graduate with Degree in Packaging Technology from reputed Institute/University\n8+ years’ work experience in medical device packaging\nPackaging Engineer will be responsible for supporting designing, developing, and implementing packaging and labeling materials for US/OUS medical devices.\nShould have a good understanding of Packaging standards and Compliance requirements (ASTM, ISTA, ISO 11607 and EU-MDR).\nFully participates in and successfully contributes to project teams typically including the following activities: Packaging/product design and development, test of materials, preparation of specifications, process capability studies, report preparation, and process/test documentation.\nGenerate, evaluate, and coordinate packaging related documentation including specifications, test plans/reports, and other Product Development Process documents.
