Technician-HVAC

Pay Range & Closing Date Pay Range: $23.48 per hour Closing Date: June 3, 2026 at 4:00 PM Job Overview This position is responsible for maintaining the proper operation of all heating and refrigeration systems throughout the enterprise, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Promotes and provides excellent guest service experiences to both internal and external guests. Inspects, repairs and maintains all casino chillers, cooling towers, pumps, fluid coolers, walk-in and under-counter freezers, deli and drink stations. Completes all regularly scheduled maintenance for heating and cooling units to maintain unit efficiency and manufacturer warranties. Forecasts equipment downtime and takes appropriate actions to ensure guest and employee comfort. Repairs air conditioning and heating units, including addressing emergency breakdowns in a timely and efficient manner. Maintains all required records and completes all necessary training to stay current on changing technology and requirements. Accurately completes all required paperwork and maintains equipment records. Maintains a dependable work attendance record with extremely infrequent absences and/or lateness. Performs other special projects and duties as assigned. Additional requirement: Submit a five (5) year motor vehicle report at the time of interview. Skills and Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent and HVAC certification required. Three (3) years of HVAC experience required. Must possess a valid AZ driver's license with a clean driving record within the past five (5) years.
