for solution quality, customer satisfaction, and successful project outcomes from design through implementation.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n\n5-7 years of experience designing, implementing, supporting, or architecting complex enterprise software solutions.\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and practical experience.\n\nStrong technical foundation in software architecture, systems integration, enterprise applications, cloud technologies, or technology implementation.\n\nExperience gathering, analyzing, and translating business and technical requirements into actionable solution designs.\n\nDemonstrated ability to build authentic relationships and collaborate effectively with customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex challenges and develop practical, scalable solutions.\n\nExcellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nExperience creating solution architecture documentation, technical specifications, workflows, and implementation plans.\n\nAbility to manage competing priorities, work independently when needed, and remain accountable for delivering customer-focused outcomes.\n\nExperience working in agile, cross-functional environments with a collaborative and inclusive mindset.\n\nCommitment to continuous learning, innovation, and improving customer experiences through technology.\n\nPreferred Skills & Experience\n\nExperience supporting utilities, energy, infrastructure, telecommunications, or other asset-intensive industries.\n\nExperience with enterprise platforms and technologies such as SAP, IBM Maximo, Esri ArcGIS, GIS, work management systems, asset management systems, or related enterprise solutions.\n\nExperience designing and supporting API-based integrations and enterprise system architectures.\n\nKnowledge of cloud platforms, SaaS solutions, and enterprise software implementation methodologies.\n\nExperience facilitating customer workshops, discovery sessions, architecture reviews, or digital transformation initiatives.\n\nExperience creating architecture diagrams, solution design documentation, technical roadmaps, and implementation artifacts.\n\nExperience contributing to technical standards, architecture governance, best practices, or mentoring team members.\n\nFamiliarity with utility operations, field service management, workforce management, or asset lifecycle management processes.\n\nDemonstrated ability to innovate and identify opportunities to improve business processes, workflows, and technology utilization.\n\nProfessional certifications in architecture, cloud technologies, integration platforms, or enterprise applications are
