Seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst to oversee the delivery, enhancement. The responsibilities of a Business Analyst, requiring a deep understanding of user needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the development and continuous improvementBusiness AnalysisConduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements and validate solutions.Develop and maintain documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.Team ManagementCoordinate team activities, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Champion Scrum methodology within the team, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Ensure that the team adheres to Agile principles and practices, promoting continuous improvement and adaptability.QualificationsRequired Skills and ExperienceProven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment.Familiarity with demand management practices and tools, particularly Jira and Confluence.Experience working in Agile environments, with a solid understanding of Scrum methodology.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Preferred QualificationsCertification in Agile methodologies
