The ideal candidate combines product thinking, technical understanding of AI, and strong execution skills .Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive product strategy and roadmap for AI/GenAI initiativesTranslate business needs into clear product requirements and use casesWork closely with engineering, design, and data teams to build AI-powered featuresPrioritize features based on business impact, feasibility, and user valueOwn end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and iterationCollaborate with stakeholders to align on vision and outcomesMonitor product performance and optimize based on data and feedbackRequired Skills & Experience8+ years of experience in product managementHands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative AI products in recent projectsIVR experienceStrong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and use casesExperience working with engineering and data science teamsAbility to break down complex problems into actionable solutionsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with LLMs, prompt design, or AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, etc.)Background in technical or data-driven productsFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
