This team can give you that.\nResponsibilities\nFluency in the use of hand and power tools\nCollaborate with customers and other construction teams to assess and prepare site for our work\nConduct your own inspections to verify the quality and effectiveness of our installs\nMaintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and guidelines\nDocument progress, record photos and report any issues to project managers on a daily basis.\nCommunicate with customer and supervisor daily on behalf of the company\nEnsure production goals are achieved\nCoordinate and manage the crew on site as needed by the Foreman (typically crews of 2-4)\nWe primarily install spray-on fireproofing (masonry product and paints) to steel structures throughout New York State and neighboring states. We are one of the most sought after fireproofing contractors in NYS. We have all the work we can handle and need to add to our team to keep \"answering the call\" of our customers.\nRequirements/Qualifications\nGreat work ethic and great attitude: no fireproofing-specific experience is necessary and attitude trumps talent here. However, former experience in leading others is certainly a bonus and will be heavily considered.\nClean and valid NYS drivers license\nPass a drug test\nMust be able to report to our West Winfield, NY location daily\nWhen working out of town we offer:\n- PAID travel\n- PAID lodging\n- PAID meal allowance\n- PLUS a $5/HR wage increase\nWe also deal with prevailing wage on about 50% of our jobs.
