You will be responsible for assembling high-precision electronic components printed circuit boards (PCBs) in one of our various departments. *Full training is provided* – perfect for motivated individuals looking to start or grow a career in electronics.\n\n*Departments Hiring*\n\n* Conformal Coat (CC): applying thin coating to protect electronic components, masking and unmasking as needed to prevent components from receiving coating\n* POST/Bonding: joining components, substrates, and assemblies using adhesives, tapes, or other bonding technologies\n* Solder: hand soldering techniques ensure reliable connections and long-lasting results\n* Surface Mount Technology (SMT): mounting electronic components directly on surface of PCB and inspection using Automated Optical Inspection (SMT-AOI) to ensure correct placement and solder quality – _NIGHT SHIFT for both SMT and SMT-AOI_\n* Selective Solder: specialized technique used in PCB assembly to solder specific through-hole components while avoiding damage to SMT parts – _NIGHT SHIFT_\n* Assembly: using hands to manually place electronic components onto a PCB\n* Kitting: gather all components required to assemble component into one kit before sending off to be assembled\n* BCA Work Cell: assembly, testing, inspection, and quality verification of electronic products\n\n*Requirements*\n\n* Excellent attendance\n* Speak, read, write, and understand English well and strong communication skills\n* Good eyesight and can read small print on circuit board and/or component and ability to distinguish between full range of colors on the color spectrum to work with electronic components, wires, and equipment\n* Complete complex tasks exactly, accurately, and quickly\n* Good manual dexterity\n* Work well with others\n* Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, walking, and carrying up to 50 lbs., repetitive use of body such as hands and wrists, bend and reach to move materials\n* Able to tolerate machine noise levels (ear plugs are available)\n\n*Essential Job Functions*\n\n* Install electronic components correctly and efficiently\n* Read and understand Assembly Documentation\n* Read and understand part descriptions\n* Log all defects found on data sheets\n* Ensure, manage & verify physical inventory\n* Follow ISO 9001/AS9100 standards and requirements\n* Follow company and department safety and operating policies and procedures\n\n*What we offer*\n\n* Comprehensive paid training – *no prior experience necessary*\n* Clean, modern manufacturing facility\n* Stable full-time employment with opportunity for overtime\n* Room to grow into higher-skilled roles (SMT/AOI operator, quality inspector, etc.)\n\nThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
