This position requires coordinating with community partners, youth and families to enhance community living skills for program participants. Benefits are designed to meet needs of today and into the future.$300 hiring bonus* external candidates only401(k) 3% matchEmployee RecognitionCareer development opportunities, hands-on training and mentorshipRESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure high quality customer service that is responsive to client needsSchedule new client intake inquiries for group services for Evening Report Center.Complete intake paperwork with youth and parent/guardianInput all necessary information into EHR systemCommunicate with County partners, court officials, and law enforcement, as needed.Collect, analyze and input data on referral sources for incoming clients, client success and to assist in contract and grant completion.Complete group development and implementationComplete weekly court updates to necessary stakeholders.Complete referrals for youth and their families for ongoing services, as needed.QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree, plus one year experience working in human service environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bi-lingual skills may be desirable.Must be at least 21 years old and able to complete orientation training according to agency program standards.Must successfully complete all agency background checks, which include checks to detect criminal convictions of behavior harmful towards children, spousal abuse, and drug or sex crimes.Requires active auto-insurance, a valid driver's license or the ability to obtain one with approved driver status.Only applications submitted through our company page will be considered.
