You will lead the Facilities Team, manage vendor relationships, develop and implement preventive maintenance programs, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires advanced technical and hands‑on knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in facility management practices.\nCandidates should be self‑motivated, resourceful, curious, proactive and adaptable. They can identify problems, provide and implement solutions and work in a team‑oriented environment. This employee should be able to prioritize tasks effectively, punctually, and reliably. Time‑management skills are essential for this role.\nReporting Line This position reports to the Associate Director, Operations.\nYour Role Lead, mentor, and develop the Facilities Team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.\nOversee daily operations and maintenance of all facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, cleanrooms, and security.\nProvide facility support including hands‑on maintenance and cleanliness of warehouse areas, cleanrooms, common areas, and grounds.\nHands on work can include not is not limited to:\nInstall small equipment such as portable chillers, vacuum pumps, etc.\nMaintenance or cleaning of facility systems.\nAssemble, install, or move furniture, or other equipment.\nInstall and rotate gas cylinders.\nTroubleshoot equipment or appliance problems and provide opinions of cause and resolutions. Complete or manage repair vendors as appropriate.\nOversee or assist with facility improvement projects from conception through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.\nDevelop, implement, and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance. programs to maximize equipment uptime and facility reliability.\nCoordinate and supervise contractors and vendors for facility upgrades, repairs, and compliance inspections.\nServe as the primary point of contact for facility‑related issues, providing timely communication and resolution.\nCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to support engineering and office needs.\nAssist with facility budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and capital project planning.\nMaintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA, environmental, and building codes.\nMaintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and compliance documentation.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications (Required) Education: Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n2+ years of progressive experience in facility management, including supervisory or managerial roles in a commercial, manufacturing, or high‑tech environment.\nKnowledge and understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, cleanroom operations, security, and safety systems)\nKnowledge of architectural designs, building codes, and blueprints.\nAbility to follow engineering specifications and statements of work for a wide range of facility related projects.\nAbility to respond to facility emergencies outside of regular business hours.\nAbility to analyze complex problems, develop solutions, and implement best practices.\nWillingness to pitch in and help wherever needed, regardless of the task.\nAbility to maintain professionalism under stressful situations in a dynamic environment.\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, and collaborative work style.\nStrong ownership and proactive problem anticipation and resolution.\nClose vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses.\nAbility to stand or sit for prolonged periods at a given time; reach, grasping, climb (ladders & elevated areas at times), kneel, bend, push and/or pull, and at times lift objects as heavy as 50lbs required.\nCalifornia Driver’s License in good standing\nProficiency with G-Suite or Office 365 including email, calendar\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nQualifications (Bonus to Have) Experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, or GMP facility environments.\nExperience with JIRA or similar ticketing systems.\nForklift and scissor lift certification, or willingness to become certified.\nExperience with hoists and cranes, or willingness to become certified.\nProfessional certification (e.g., CFM, FMP, PMP, LEED AP).\nPosition Details The annual salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 - $125,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and EUV Tech's location.
