Here's what the role looks like:\nManaging and motivating a team of program staff day in and day out\nDeveloping your people through consistent coaching and meaningful feedback\nOverseeing daily operations and holding strong, reliable routines\nCultivating trusted relationships with school partners, families, and community stakeholders\nEvaluating program quality through regular observations and assessments\nStewarding your site budget and program resources wisely\nGathering and reviewing attendance and program data to spot trends\nWelcoming and training new staff so they hit the ground running\nBringing youth development and expanded learning best practices to life\nStepping up for special projects and program initiatives when the moment calls\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nAt least 2 years of experience in youth development\nAt least 1 year of experience in staff or program management\n48 college units or a passing score on the Instructional Aide Exam\nAbility to travel to sites and meetings (reliable transportation)\nAbility to clear DOJ/FBI background checks\nCPR, First Aid, AED, and Child Abuse Prevention certification within 30 days (provided)\nThe Right Fit Will Also:\nApproach every day with a growth mindset and a push to improve\nBuild authentic connections with students, staff, and families\nNavigate problems and conflicts with confidence and calm\nKeep multiple priorities organized and moving forward\nGround decisions in data to keep raising program quality\nTake full ownership of challenges and outcomes alike\nShow up with initiative, creativity, and leadership—every single day\nPhysical Requirements\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
