This role is the data and analytics subject matter expert on the IT team and works closely with the Revenue Manager and Finance to turn raw ticketing and point-of-sale data from multiple POS systems into reporting the business can rely on. As the only IT team member based at this location, the role also handles occasional Level 1 IT tasks that need to be done in person (no more than about four hours per week) and works a hybrid schedule, with on-site attendance expected when required.
