The Learning Experience Designer architects the microlearning ecosystem for Relativity’s sales enablement function — building fast, modular, AI-powered content that travels at the speed of the business.\n\nThey also own onboarding as a designed, measured program — not a maintenance task. This person serves as the shared content engine for the full team, partnering closely with the Sales Trainer to co-design and co-deliver programs, and with the Director to shape the team’s overall learning model.\n\nJob Description and Requirements\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nDesign and build microlearning programs across all four workstreams: commercial & tech stack, sales playbooks, role of the seller, and onboarding\n\nOwn the onboarding program as a designed, role-specific, personalized journey that measurably reduces ramp time\n\nBuild AI-assisted content pipelines that allow the team to turn ideas into deployed training in days, not weeks\n\nPartner with the Sales Trainer to co-design programs — the Trainer brings field insight and delivery expertise , the LXD brings learning architecture and production capability\n\nManage the learning tech stack and ensure content is optimized for Highspot , LMS, Slack, and in-flow delivery\n\nMeasure content effectiveness through completion rates, assessment scores, and downstream productivity signals\n\nStay current on AI-forward learning tools and bring new capabilities to the team proactively\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\n\nRequired\n\n5+ years in instructional design, learning experience design, or content strategy with a sales enablement focus\n\nDeep expertise in microlearning design principles, spaced repetition, and modern LXD frameworks\n\nHands-on experience with AI-assisted content creation tools and rapid authoring platforms (Articulate, Arist, or equivalent)\n\nTrack record of owning onboarding program design — not just maintaining it\n\nStrong visual and UX sensibility: ability to build content that is engaging, not just informative\n\nExperience integrating learning content into seller workflow tools ( Highspot , Slack, Salesforce)\n\nDifferentiators (Preferred)\n\nExperience in a high-growth SaaS or legal tech environment\n\nFamiliarity with the e-discovery market or Relativity’s product ecosystem\n\nExperience building a content production system from scratch, not inheriting a mature one\n\nWHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN YEAR ONE\n\nOnboarding redesigned as a role-specific, measured journey with a documented ramp baseline and improvement target\n\nA working AI-assisted content pipeline in place — idea to deployed asset measured in days\n\nMicrolearning library established and adopted across all four workstreams\n\nContent effectiveness reporting running on a regular cadence and informing what gets built next\n\nRelativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.\n\nThis position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.\n\nThe expected salary range for this role is between following values:\n\n$116,000 and $174,000\n\nThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
