This role assists with tours, follow-up, move-in coordination, and referral development while maintaining a strong presence inside the community and within the local market.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Occupancy SupportPartner with the Executive Director to move prospects through the sales processGenerate and convert qualified inquiries, referrals, tours, and move-insUtilize Solera sales methodologies to achieve targeted closing ratiosAccurately represent the community’s services, amenities, and pricingLead Management & Follow-UpRespond promptly to incoming inquiries and conduct consistent follow-upEnter and maintain accurate lead and activity data in the CRMTrack referrals, inquiries, tours, and outcomesReferral Development & OutreachBuild and maintain relationships with local referral sourcesParticipate in networking events and community outreachMaintain an outside referral database and meet weekly contact goalsTour Readiness & Community PresentationMonitor model and respite rooms daily to ensure tour readinessConduct morning walk-throughs to ensure common areas are show-readyAssist with staging and presentation of model spacesMarketing & Reporting SupportAssist with weekly marketing and occupancy reportingSupport Competitive Market Analyses as requestedAssist with social media and local marketing initiativesParticipate in stand-up meetings and cross-department collaborationEvents & Team SupportAssist with setup and breakdown of marketing and special eventsMaintain a positive, professional image in all interactionsPromote teamwork and collaboration across departmentsRequired Qualifications & ExperienceAssociate’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)1–2 years of experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or sales preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsComfortable presenting to individuals and groupsOrganized, detail-oriented, and results-drivenAbility to spend part of the workweek marketing and selling outside the communityProficiency with basic office and CRM systemsSolera Senior Living is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
