Marketing Manager
Position Overview:The Marketing Manager is a cornerstone role on Frankies Bikinis’ lean, high-velocity marketing team – equal parts strategist and executor. You’ll lead campaigns across key channels, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and help tell our brand story in a way that drives results. The ideal candidate brings strong project management skills, creative thinking, and strategic mindset for problem-solving. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment and knows how to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution.Primary Job Responsibilities:Strategy + Planning· Partner with the Director of Marketing to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies and campaigns with business goals and product launches, ensuring seamless execution and brand alignment· Own the marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and on budget· Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, develop clear and impactful creative briefs, and driving cross-functional alignment to bring our brand to life· Develop creative ideas for marketing campaigns and materials to increase brand visibility· Create and distribute monthly decks, outlining key initiatives to align cross-functional teams on strategic focus areas· Develop and maintain key marketing tools, including quarterly strategy decks, campaign timelines, marketing calendars, and seasonal prioritiesGrowth Marketing Management· Serve as the daily/weekly point of contact for the external ads agency, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and performance expectations· Review and approve briefs, creative, and reporting deliverables from the agency· Facilitate regular check-ins and translate agency insights into actionable internal decisionsAssist in owning and growing the Affiliate program, managing partner relationships, tracking performance, and identifying opportunities to scaleBrand + Storytelling· Maintain and evolve the brand voice across all customer touchpoints· Identify opportunities to grow brand awareness through partnerships, press, and activations· Manage a copywriter to ensure all copy is clear, concise, and brand-alignedAnalytics, Reporting + Budget· Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement· Monitor competitors’ activities to identify new opportunities· Measure and track campaign results, owning all marketing recaps and translating data into actionable insights· Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend effectively across channels, track performance, and optimize ROICross-functional Collaboration· Partner with cross-functional teams across marketing, creative, merchandising, buying, and analytics to support evolving business demand and goals· Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure successful execution of projects· Manage and direct a copywriter to ensure all copy is clear, concise, and brand-alignedEducation & Requirements· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field· 4-6 years of marketing experience, ideally within fashion, apparel, or a consumer lifestyle brand· Experience serving as a liaison between internal teams and external agencies· Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social, affiliate, influencer, and paid· Comfortable managing and giving feedback to creatives, including copywriters· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously· Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance metrics into clear recommendations· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for brand voice and detail – comfortable presenting performance results, strategic recommendations, and creative rationale to cross-functional partners and leadership· Self-starter who thrives in fast paced, lean team environment where resourcefulness and ownership are essential· Genuine passion for fashion and a strong pulse on industry—someone who understands the Frankies Bikinis aesthetic and can translate brand identity into compelling, high-performing paid campaigns· Paid Media fluency (Meta, Google etc) with experience with media measurements including third party services (i.e. Northbeam)· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Excel/Google Sheets, Shopify analytics and so on.Salary & Benefits· Base Salary Range: $90,000-$110,000 per year.
