No third-party vendors.W2 Benefits - Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision), Employee 401 k Contributions, HSA and other Benefits.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to serve as the dedicated workstream owner for the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Migration component within Project Fusion — the enterprise-wide initiative to transition our ERP from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud. This role owns end-to-end project delivery for the EBS migration track, ensuring alignment with the broader Fusion program timeline, governance standards, and technical architecture decisions.The ideal candidate brings hands-on Oracle EBS knowledge, a command of structured project governance, and the ability to coordinate closely with functional consultants, technical architects, and business stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and HR workstreams. This PM will maintain a fully integrated workstream plan in Planview/MS Project and serve as the primary point of accountability for scope, schedule, and risk within the EBS migration track.Key ResponsibilitiesEBS Migration Workstream OwnershipOwn and drive all PMLC phases for the Oracle EBS migration component of the Fusion program.Develop and maintain a detailed workstream-level execution plan in Planview/MS Project, including milestones, dependencies, resource assignments, and integrated schedule aligned to the Master Fusion program plan.Track and manage the full scope of EBS migration activities including fit-gap analysis, legacy data extraction, configuration mapping, conversion, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization.Enforce PMO governance standards, stage-gate processes, and RAID log discipline across the EBS migration workstream.Manage change control, ensuring all scope changes are formally assessed, documented, approved, and communicated to program leadership.Stakeholder Engagement & CommunicationServe as the primary point of contact for all EBS migration-related activities, status, and escalations within the Fusion program.Prepare and deliver workstream-level status reports and contribute to program-level dashboards on a weekly and monthly cadence.Facilitate cross-functional working sessions including requirements workshops, design reviews, data governance sessions, and cutover readiness assessments.Proactively communicate dependencies, blockers, and risks to Fusion Program leadership with recommended mitigation strategies.Coordinate closely with the Boundary Systems PM and other workstream PMs to manage inter-workstream dependencies and integration points.Technical & Functional DeliveryPartner with Oracle Fusion functional consultants and technical architects to maintain alignment across EBS migration deliverables including:Legacy data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loadingIntegration design and validation between migrated EBS components and target Fusion modulesCutover runbook development, rehearsals, and executionOversee EBS-specific SIT and UAT planning and execution, working with the technical and business teams to build Entrance/Exit criteria, and support step by step cutover activities.Coordinate with the Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) team and middleware leads to validate integration touchpoints from migrated EBS data into Fusion.Ensure all migration artifacts — data mapping documents, conversion plans, test scripts, cutover plans — meet quality standards and PMO audit readiness requirements.Risk, Issue & Change ManagementMaintain and actively manage the RAID log for the EBS migration workstream, escalating critical risks and issues per program governance protocols.Develop and implement mitigation strategies for EBS-specific risks such as legacy data quality, module mapping gaps, or cutover timeline conflicts.Manage scope change requests with full documentation, impact assessment, and alignment to program change control processes.Continuous Improvement & Program ContributionConduct structured lessons learned reviews at key EBS migration milestones and contribute findings to the broader Fusion program retrospectives.Identify and recommend process improvements to the EBS migration approach as the program evolves.Contribute to PMO methodology enhancements based on ERP migration delivery learnings.QualificationsRequiredBachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.7+ years of IT project management experience, including demonstrated delivery of large-scale enterprise systems programs.3+ years of direct experience managing Oracle ERP implementation or migration programs, with at least one full-lifecycle Oracle EBS project.Solid working knowledge of Oracle EBS and related functional areas.Familiarity with Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion migration processes.Proven command of PMLC methodology — from business case through post-go-live stabilization — including RAID log management, stage-gate governance, and change control.Proficiency in MS Project, Jira and Planview or comparable enterprise PPM tools.Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders.Experience coordinating with global system integrators (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, Oracle Consulting) on deliverables and SOW compliance.PreferredPMP, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification.Strong ERP understanding and experience.Strong familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and middleware integration patterns relevant to EBS-to-Fusion migration.Exposure to Agile/hybrid delivery frameworks within the context of ERP programs.Experience in regulated industries (pharmaceutical, life sciences, financial services) with an understanding of SOX compliance and ERP controls.Experience with organizational change management practices, particularly as they relate to ERP migration and user adoption.
