The ideal candidate will lead reliability programs, perform root cause analysis, implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies, and collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective production.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and lead reliability programs focused on increasing equipment uptime, reducing mean time to repair (MTTR) and increasing mean time between failures (MTBF).\nPerform root cause analysis (RCA) and failure investigations, implement corrective actions, and verify effectiveness.\nDesign and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance plans, including vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, and condition monitoring.\nTroubleshoot and support PLC, control systems, and automation issues in collaboration with controls engineers and maintenance technicians.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives using reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), FMEA, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.\nAnalyze equipment performance and production data to identify reliability trends, present findings, and implement improvement projects.\nLead equipment upgrades, retrofits, and commissioning activities; manage vendor relationships and ensure equipment documentation is current.\nWork with operations to develop and deliver training for maintenance and operations staff on reliability best practices and troubleshooting techniques.\nManage spare parts strategy and collaborate with procurement to ensure critical parts availability while controlling inventory costs.\nEnsure all reliability activities comply with food safety and regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, HACCP) and support safety and quality initiatives.\nQualifications\nBachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Controls Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.\n3+ years of reliability, maintenance engineering, or controls engineering experience in food manufacturing, beverage manufacturing, or food production environments preferred.\nHands-on experience with PLC programming, controls troubleshooting, and automation systems.\nProven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or Controls Engineer with strong equipment reliability results.\nSkilled in root cause analysis, FMEA, RCM, and other reliability tools and methodologies.\nExperience with CMMS systems, data analysis, and reliability performance metrics (MTBF, MTTR, OEE).\nFamiliarity with predictive maintenance technologies such as vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis.\nWorking knowledge of food safety and regulatory standards applicable to beverage production and food production.\nStrong project management, communication, and teamwork skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.\nRelevant certifications (e.g., Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP), Lean or Six Sigma) are a plus.\nBenefits\nAnnual salary: $110,000 - $130,000 (based on experience)\nBonus opportunities\nMedical, Dental, and Vision\n401k plan\nPTO / Paid Holidays\nWork with a fast-growing company!\nFor this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
