About Us We are a mid-sized architectural firm based in Mineola, NY, specializing in design projects within the affordable housing sector. Our work includes new construction and rehabilitation projects across the New York City and surrounding areas. We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented BIM Manager to lead our Building Information Modeling processes and support our project teams.Position Summary The BIM Manager will oversee digital project workflows and data integrity for multiple architectural projects. This role requires strong expertise in Revit, BIM 360, and project file management. The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of experience in the architectural field and a background in SCA and multifamily affordable housing projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain project BIM files, standards, and project templates in Revit and BIM 360.Coordinate BIM workflows across project teams to ensure consistency and accuracy.Develop, organize, and maintain the firm’s digital libraries and BIM content.Support project teams with modeling standards, file organization, and data coordination.Collaborate with architects and consultants to implement BIM strategies and troubleshoot modeling challenges.Lead BIM training and provide ongoing technical support for staff.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.6–10 years of professional architectural experience with heavy Revit use.Proven experience in SCA (School Construction Authority) projects and multifamily affordable housing design.Proficiency in Revit, BIM 360, Navisworks, and related technologies.Strong organizational skills with a focus on digital file management and BIM library maintenance.Types of ProjectsAffordable housing developmentsNew construction designBuilding rehabilitationsCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive salary: $90,000 – $115,000 (based on experience)Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental insurance401(k) plan with 2% employer matchPaid time off, sick days, and 12 paid holidaysHybrid schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
