As global consumer demand for sustainable and reusable packaging continues to grow, PATH is leading the way with innovative, purpose-driven solutions that make a real impact.About The RoleThe Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading all day-to-day warehouse operations in a fast-paced CPG environment. This role oversees safety, training, inventory accuracy, labor planning, and the full lifecycle of inbound, outbound, and value-added activities.The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who builds strong teams, drives operational excellence, and ensures the warehouse consistently meets customer, regulatory, and company standards.We offer competitive benefits for all full-time team members, including:401k with a 6% employer matchFlexible Time Off policy12 company holidays + year-end company shutdownCommunications and wellness stipendsMedical, dental, and vision insuranceLong-term and short-term disability insuranceLife insuranceFlexible Time Off PolicyResponsibilitiesOperations Leadership:Oversee all warehouse functions including receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and returnsEnsure daily operational targets are met (productivity, accuracy, on-time shipment, throughput)Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse environmentPartner cross-functionally with Planning, Customer Service, Transportation, and Production to ensure smooth flow of goodsSafety & Compliance:Own warehouse safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standardsConduct safety audits, incident investigations, and corrective action plansLead safety meetings and reinforce a strong safety cultureEnsure proper operation and certification of PIT/forklift equipmentPeople Leadership & Development:Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse associates and leadsBuild onboarding, cross-training, and certification programsProvide performance feedback and support employee developmentFoster a positive, high-performance team cultureInventory & Process Control:Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and root cause analysisPartner with inventory control to maintain accuracy and reduce variancesOversee FIFO/FEFO execution and CPG traceability requirementsIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costSystems & Reporting:Utilize WMS/ERP systems to manage workflows and maintain data integrityTrack and report daily/weekly/monthly KPIsEnsure accuracy of documentation (BOLs, COAs, shipment records, compliance documents)Qualifications5+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience (CPG, food, or beverage strongly preferred)Experience managing teams of 10–20+ employees in a high-volume environmentStrong understanding of OSHA and warehouse safety standardsExperience with WMS/ERP systems and KPI reportingStrong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skillsForklift/PIT certification preferredOur CommitmentWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
