(MTSI) is seeking a Senior Modeling and Simulation Engineer Analyst to join our team, primarily working on-site in classified spaces at Naval Strike Warfare Center- Crane in Crane, Indiana. You will help meet the requirements of our expanding customer base at NSWC-Crane primarily supporting the Modeling and Simulation Division within that organization. This includes working directly with customers, study leads, and model developers to create and execute analysis plans in various simulation environments, including AFSIM, SUPPRESSOR, EADSim, and other mission and engagement level models. You will replicate systems or concepts under consideration for various operational scenarios using concepts of operation and behaviors. Additionally, you will define bounds for run matrix execution, carry out run execution, and perform analysis of results. You will work with a study team as well as independently and assist less experienced team members with technical tasks, career development, and professional growth. In execution of this position.
