The Program Manager also acts as a liaison between pharmaceutical manufacturer clients and the internal leadership team for applicable programs, from implementation to the continuation of program services.\n\nAccountability: The incumbent will report to the Director(s) of Operations and Performance.\n\nEssential Functions:\nFacilitate the development of relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers through strategic interaction with upper management and key decision-makers.\nCoordinate with clients to ensure the delivery of mutually beneficial services.\nSupport the creation and implementation of business development strategies for healthcare hub services programs.\nRepresent clients internally and coordinate with other departments to implement client systems, complete projects, and address ongoing service needs.\nSupport regional and national accounts with exceptional customer service.\nAct as a dedicated resource for large or complex accounts.Serves as a primary contact for inbound calls, answers inquiries regarding submitted cases, follow-ups and other case related issues, assisting the MDOs.\nProduce marketing presentations to maximize interest in program services.\nAssist in growing existing assigned business contracts.\nMaintains the business rules document and ensures that all program staff are trained to meet the requirements.\nAssures that the program and program staff are meeting key SLAs as dictated by business rules.\nSupport the implementation of launches and processes for new programs and services.\nCommunicate with pharmaceutical manufacturer clients and their sales representatives as needed.\nCoordinate and participate in conference calls with manufacturer partners.\nTravel for client meetings, business, or industry events on an occasional basis.\nKeep up-to-date with changes in program services and guidelines.\nPursue continuing education programs appropriate to job responsibilities.\nPerform other duties as assigned by the Director(s) of Operations and Performance.\n\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:\nBachelor of Science degree in Business or Healthcare Management, preferred.\n3-5 years’ experience in healthcare management and leadership, required.\n3-5 years' experience in the medical/healthcare or insurance field (i.e. hub services, pharmacy, doctor's office, hospital administration, health plan member services, etc.), required.\n3-5 years’ experience with a successful track record in a prior sales, account management, business development, and/or contracting role, preferred.Excellent verbal/written communication skills, self-discipline, and attention to detail.\nSales, marketing, and/or account management experience for a healthcare hub services, specialty pharmacy or specialty pharmaceutical manufacturer, preferred.\nExperience selling to key decision makers- C Level and Director Level, a plus.\nContracting and negotiation experience, with understanding of the pharmaceutical manufacturer world, preferred.\nStrategic and tactical ability, able to help develop and execute business plans.\nStrong project management background.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, plus highly effective presentation skills.\nSuperior level of customer service, interpersonal skills, and highly effective in working objectively with a diverse group of people.\nUnderstanding of program operations and interdepartmental functions.\nExcellent verbal/written communication skills, self-discipline, and attention to detail.\nStrong computer skills, and the ability to learn existing and new program software systems.\nAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts and provide practical solutions.\nMust be a team player willing to accept organizational and team goals, and function with minimal supervision.\nAbility to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, employees, or senior management.\nMaintain HIPAA patient confidentiality, as well as discretion
