This is an assembler position where you'll build roof and floor trusses for contractors and homeowners, integrating cutting-edge robotic technology and automation into your daily work!. Bring your passion and determination, and get ready for some fun!\nDefining the Role:\nOperate and monitor automated truss-building machinery, ensuring precise positioning of pre-cut boards according to blueprint specifications.\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs & climb up and down from heights between 2.5-3 ft repeatedly throughout the day.\nBasic Mathematical Skills.\nFollow Line Leaders' Instructions.\nPlace metal reinforcement plates over connecting joints.\nSwing a hammer to connect parts at joints.\nPerform quality checks, verify dimensions and accuracy of robotic assembly before moving trusses to the stacker.\nAlways maintain a safe and neat work area at all times.\nOther Duties as Assigned.\nWhat Success Looks Like:\nExperience with hand and power tools, and ideally, experience with automated machinery or robotic systems (even if it's just basic operation).\nExperience with reading building plans and digital schematics.\nBasic math skills.\nYour background involves putting customers first.\nYou have been a HUGE contributor to the success of a team.\nYou are uniquely you and bring something to the table that no one else can.\nYou have done some great things that don’t necessarily fall into the career path above, but that’s what makes you cool!
