As a Behavior Analyst at High Point ABA, you will play a crucial role in designing and overseeing behavior intervention programs for individuals with diverse needs. You will also play a critical role in leading our team of Behavior Therapists and shaping company culture. The position will begin as part time, with the potential to grow into a full time role, if desired. A candidate MUST possess their LBA in New York State in order to be considered for this position.\nResponsibilities:\nConduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans\nThrough weekly field supervision, provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation of client progress (25% of supervision and caregiver training can be provided via telehealth)\nCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care and effective treatment outcomes\nProvide training and support to caregivers, educators, and other professionals involved in client care\nProduce progress reports to meet the requirements and submission timelines of funding sources\nRequired Skills:\nLicensed as a Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the State of New York\nCredentialed with NYS Medicaid\nMaster’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related field\nStrong clinical and assessment skills with a focus on evidence-based practices\nAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills\nPlease note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
