Speak professionally with various levels of individuals to build strong professional relationships.\nOrganization and task prioritization: Able to effectively prioritize tasks to allow for work with clear objectives and ensure that all efforts are directed and aligned with the company’s goals.\nBusiness Acumen: Understanding business implications of decisions; working through business situations resulting in positive outcomes and improved financial performance.\nMINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nEducation: Associate degree or High School Diploma or Equivalent with PMP Certification\nExperience and/or Training:\nMinimum 5 years of project management in a manufacturing environment.\nExperience using and understanding various software development and production technologies, i.e. Oracle, Insight2020, SAP, Great Plaines, Sage Intact, Hub Spot, Salesforce.\nExperience using and understanding various Project Management software, i.e. Smart Sheets, Microsoft Project, Jira.\nLicenses/Certificates:\nTechnology/Equipment: Proficiency working in Microsoft Office Suite.\n\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in business\nExperience and/or Training:\nLicenses/Certificates: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.\nTechnology/Equipment: Insight2020\nPHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS:\nSitting for long periods of time, 6-8 hours per day. Walking, speaking, hearing seeing. Listen and observe the environment for hazard prevention. Use hands for tools and typing. Semi-frequently lift up to 15 lbs. Some tasks may require employee to bend, stoop, twist, and turn.\n\nWORKING ENVIRONMENT:\nIndoor office working environment. Office is temperature-controlled all year round.
