In this full-time role, you’ll help lead a dedicated group of staff and ensure high-quality, person-centered services for individuals with disabilities. You’ll guide and support Direct Support Professionals and Home Leaders, oversee daily service delivery, and help the individuals served achieve their goals through strong advocacy, teamwork, and thoughtful planning.\nThe ideal candidate is organized, supportive, and committed to empowering others. A bachelor’s degree or three years of direct service experience with individuals with disabilities is required. Experience in lieu of education is welcomed. We will train. Supervisory experience is a plus.
