This high-impact leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and implementing scalable project management practices to support our enterprise customers.\r\nAs a key member of the engineering leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring 24/7 operational stability across our infrastructure, while continuously improving processes, systems, and team capabilities to meet the evolving needs of our business.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nLead and mentor Technical Operations engineers across multiple time zones\r\nBuild collaborative team culture that promotes knowledge sharing, innovation, and operational excellence\r\nEstablish clear performance expectations and provide regular coaching to develop technical and leadership skills\r\nFoster cross-functional partnerships with Product, Security, and Development teams\r\nOwn 24/7 operational stability including incident response, escalation procedures, and post-incident reviews\r\nDrive comprehensive incident management including alert management, outage response, and root cause analysis (RCA/CAR)\r\nImplement and maintain SRE practices including SLOs, error budgets, and reliability engineering principles\r\nEstablish robust monitoring and alerting using APM tools, diagnostic dashboards, and early detection systems\r\nLead technical project delivery with clear timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication\r\nImplement structured project management methodologies to provide visibility to senior leadership\r\nDrive automation initiatives including runbook automation, deployment automation, and infrastructure as code\r\nCoordinate change management processes and ensure proper documentation and training\r\nManage infrastructure automation using Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS)\r\nDevelop operational roadmaps aligned with business objectives and technical strategy\r\nProvide executive reporting on operational metrics, project status, and team performance\r\nCollaborate with product teams on deployment management and release coordination\r\nDrive cost optimization initiatives and resource planning\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\n8+ years in technical operations with 4+ years leading Technical Operations, SRE, or infrastructure teams\r\nProven track record of team development with experience mentoring engineers and building high-performing teams\r\nStrong project management skills with experience using Agile/Kanban methodologies and JIRA\r\nExcellent communication abilities with experience presenting to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams\r\nDeep SRE experience including incident management, monitoring, and reliability engineering\r\nInfrastructure automation expertise with Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines\r\nCloud platform proficiency in GCP/AWS including networking, security, and cost management\r\nMonitoring and observability experience with Prometheus, Grafana, APM tools, and log aggregation\r\n24/7 operations experience including on-call management, escalation procedures, and global team coordination\r\nChange management and compliance experience with SOC2, security reviews, and audit processes\r\nNetwork and systems administration background with Linux, networking protocols, and security practices\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nCertifications in cloud platforms (GCP Professional, AWS Solutions Architect) or SRE practices\r\nEnterprise networking experience with networking, wireless infrastructure, IoT devices, or telecommunications\r\nSecurity and compliance expertise with vulnerability management and regulatory frameworks\r\nAcademic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field\r\nMulti-region operations experience managing teams across different time zones and cultures.\r\nOur salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $135,600.00 - $180,000.00.\r\nThe candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company's Incentive Plan.
