16.50 per hour
PLUS shift differential (up to $1.25 per hour)

Flexible Shift Options:
~6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays)
~2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
~10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
~6:00 AM – 4:00 PM / 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
~4:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
Our Temporary Production Associates are Customer Obsessed and strive to exceed customer expectations with every order. Production Associates support manufacturing processes by completing the following tasks: reviewing the Manufacturing Order for specific product requirements; inspecting parts and materials prior to and during use to ensure quality of parts and final products, implementing the best practices in manufacturing processes while producing and packaging the product and preparing orders for shipping, reporting orders accurately, maintaining organization in the area, attention to details, time management and effective communication.
Strong desire to help and take ownership on seeing things through
Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently with minimal supervision
Troubleshoot basic and routine manufacturing issues
Reading, writing and math skills equivalent to that identified by a High School Diploma or GED
Understand basic manufacturing process
Maintain inventory storage in a clean, orderly manner
Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime (including weekend shifts) as required when business volumes increase.
