This position serves as the primary liaison between the branch and corporate leadership.\n\nJob Duties & Responsibilities\nProvide overall leadership and direction for the branch, ensuring alignment with company objectives, operational excellence, and profitable business growth.\nMaintain full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for branch performance, including revenue growth, profitability, budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and working capital.\nDevelop and execute strategic business plans and sales initiatives that drive branch growth, customer retention, and new business development.\nEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key customers while collaborating with outside sales personnel to identify opportunities and resolve customer concerns.\nDirect all branch manufacturing operations, including production, quality, maintenance, warehouse, shipping, receiving, and logistics, to achieve safety, quality, cost, and delivery objectives.\nMonitor and improve key operational and financial performance metrics, including EBITDA, gross margin, inventory turns, productivity, on-time delivery, and cash flow.\nOversee purchasing activities and ensure appropriate inventory levels to support operational efficiency and customer requirements.\nRecruit, coach, develop, and lead branch personnel while fostering a culture of accountability, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.\nEstablish performance expectations, conduct performance evaluations, and support employee development and succession planning.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, ISO quality standards, safety requirements, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.\nReview branch performance with employees and provide senior leadership with forecasts, market intelligence, and business updates.\nInvestigate and resolve customer concerns and quality issues while supporting long-term customer satisfaction.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nSkills\nStrong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, profitability, and operational performance.\nStrong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.\nExcellent conflict resolution, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.\nStrong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.\nKnowledge of manufacturing operations, inventory management, and production processes.\nUnderstanding of materials, product costing, pricing strategies, and margin management.\nKnowledge of customer order processing systems, including Syteline.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales information systems.\nExcellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.\nAbility to develop accurate and competitive quotations.\nAbility to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\n\nEducation\nRequired: Associate's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nPreferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.\n\nWork Experience\nRequired: Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive sales experience.\nRequired: Minimum of three (3) years of leadership or management experience within a manufacturing environment.\nPreferred: Previous experience as a Branch Manager.\nPreferred: Experience in the fluid sealing, gasket, or industrial distribution industry.\nPreferred: Experience working within ISO 9001 quality management systems.\nPreferred: Experience supporting the oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, or renewable energy industries.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to access and navigate all areas of the facility.\nAbility to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require.\nProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.\nAbility to communicate effectively with employees, customers, and leadership, including delivering presentations to small and large groups.\nAbility to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs
