This position requires a blend of strategic program and project management, excellent communication and follow-up, and strong collaboration across technical and non-technical collaborators.\n\n The Senior Program Manager will play a crucial role in driving Code for America's mission to transform how governments deliver public benefits. Key responsibilities include:\n\n \n Overseeing work planning and project management\n \n \n Stakeholder engagement\n \n \n Collaboration with product and technical colleagues\n \n\n This role demands strong organizational and leadership skills, sound judgment under ambiguity, and a commitment to improving how government services reach and work for the people who need them most.
