Our ideal candidate is a spiritually mature active church participant with excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills who is adept at managing a broad range of administrative tasks. The Program Director will serve in a part-time 15-20 hours per week capacity. Hours may be greater than 20 hours per week initially and may vary during the summer months.\nJob Responsibilities: Managing the LifeWise 5 L's\nLeadership: The people element of a program; specifically, the doers\nRecruit, train and manage a diverse team\n\nLocation: The facility and transportation needs of the program\nArrange for and maintain program transportation and learning spaces\n\nLogistics: How the program relates to the school and/or district\nOrganize and plan operational procedures and details\n\nLoot: The financial component of the program (fundraising and budgeting)\nBuild relational networks of financial support and manage program finances\n\nLanguage: The communication element of the program\nPromote the program through communication and community engagement\n\nSupport\nThe Support Center is here to walk with you every step of the way! You\\'ll be provided with a step-by-step plan, ongoing training and specialized coaching so you can bring Bible education to public school students in your community!\nQualifications and Experience\nA mature personal Christian faith in agreement with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith\nActive participation in and commitment to a local church whose doctrine aligns with the \"What We Believe\" section of the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith\nLeadership experience in either a professional or volunteer capacity\nExperience with spreadsheets, virtual meeting platforms and Google Workspace\nBenefits\nRetirement plan, including employer match\nLifeWise Academy's hiring practices and EEO Statement are fully in compliance with both federal and state law.
