You will play a key role in driving performance, supporting your team’s development, and maintaining strong client relationships.This position is based in Germany, with full remote work flexibility.Team ManagementOrganize, allocate, and monitor team activitiesLead, support, and evaluate team members (team of 5 payroll specialists)Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and skills developmentConduct regular one-to-one follow-ups with team membersManage workload, planning, and ensure compliance with internal processesFoster a positive and collaborative team environmentDrive service quality, productivity, and profitabilityContribute to payroll process optimization and automation (in collaboration with technical teams)Monitor KPIs (SLA, performance, client satisfaction)Manage client relationships proactively and handle escalationsOversee key and strategic client accountsOnboarding & ProjectsSupervise the onboarding of new clientsSupport teams during implementation phasesMonitor the first months of service delivery to ensure a smooth transitionOperational ExpertiseContribute to transversal projects (audit, training, documentation, process improvement)Participation in pre-sales activities and business supportYOUR PROFILEProven experience in German payroll, with strong technical expertiseExperience with Datev payroll software is requiredPrevious experience in team management or coordination is requiredGood understanding of HRIS/payroll environmentsStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a teamClient-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilitiesComfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentExcellent communication skillsWHAT WE OFFERA highly stimulating and fulfilling work environment with international developmentRapid career growth with numerous opportunities for development (horizontal & vertical): international mobility, training, and certificationA good work-life balance with telecommuting possibilitiesInvestment in the development of our employees; quarterly team events, annual seminar etc.We are Happy at Work certified and continue to listen to our employees.
